Mindfulness Taster Workshop on Thursday 24th January, 7.30-9.00pm (£15)
In this taster workshop you will learn what mindfulness is all about & how by introducing simple practices into your everyday life it can make a real difference to your health & wellbeing. Neuroscience research has shown that mindfulness can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression & other health conditions that come about through stress & worry, including dealing with physical pain. Try some practices with experienced Mindfulness Practitioner Sam Weerasinghe from SamMantra.
